Concerning a law suit (procès) between her and the commune, saying that she knows he cannot make a decision in the matter before the municipal council has deliberated, that the decision of the cour de cassation holds the commune responsible for all costs of the case, that it is not for her to make "des offres d'arrangements" to the commune "qui m'a intenté cette ridicule difficulté. C'est ... moi d'en recevoir et de juger si elles sont acceptables," etc.
